Do you know what today is?

It is December 7th.  So.  In 1941, it became a day that was to live in infamy.  I t brought us to the aid of the Allies in Europe.  It was a day, that despite it's horror and grief, brought great relief to Winston Churchill and the nation of Great Britain.  It was a war we did not want to be a part of, but someone else had other plans.  World War 2 brought the loss of many American lives, but also brought a nation closer together.  We rationed everything from chocolate to rubber, silk to steel.  We grew victory gardens ad sold war bonds.  What has happened to our nation since then.  We are greatly divided, and a house divided will not stand.  No one can argue that.
